PAYMENT

KLARNA CHECKOUT Our checkout is provided by Klarna. With Klarna Checkout you can pay safe and easy by credit card in all countries. For orders placed with Klarna checkout, the payment will be deducted once the order is shipped.

In Sweden you can also use Swish: 1234435517. Please note: Receiver is EVAB AB.

SHIPPING

We will ship your order within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. We use Postnord.

Shipments within Sweden cost 95 SEK. The cost of shipping to Europe is based on Postnord's differentiated pricing and is calculated at checkout. We ship to Finland, Denmark, Norway, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and Austria.

When your order has been shipped, you will get an email notification with your parcel tracking number. Postnord will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Please check that your contact information is correct when you
place your order.

Your order will be shipped out from Minnie & Ball warehouse located in Lidingö, Sweden.

All prices shown on our bags include 25% Swedish VAT.

PRE-ORDER

Bags available for pre-order are named 'Pre-order' on the button on the product page. This means you have the opportunity to buy the product before it's available in stock.

If you have placed a pre-order your order will be shipped as soon as we have received your products from our producer. Once your order is on its way you will be notified by email. For estimated delivery time please check the product page since this might differ from style to style.

RETURNS

We accept returns made within 14 days from when you have received your bag.

Use the enclosed return waybill and pack the bag in the same packaging - or similar as it came in.

 Return it at a Postnord access Point. If a return waybill is missing, please contact hey@minnieandball.com directly.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

In case of you wish to return the bag, we will refund your payment via the same payment method used when you made the purchase. We will not cover the cost for shipment. We refund the money as soon as we receive the return.
